Hello everyone, welcome back to another post and fun project! I was doing some cleaning and found these pre-cut little boxes on top of a shelf. I thought how fun would this be for some cute Valentines treats to celebrate the holiday of love.
Here is a short video of the creative process.
I started with stamping the background of the box with the Distress Heart Stamp and heat embossing it with a thick and chunky embossing powder. I like the result of the distress look.
I cut paper to cover all the sides of the boxes. After everything was cut and distressed, I covered each side of the box’s.
Using the Lovers Heart Set, I added some spray ink to the background of each of them and then topped each of them off with a small layer of wax to highlight the peaks from the valleys.
Finishing each box off with a small paper cluster and flower cluster. Then filling them up with goodies and sweets.
Here are a number of close-ups, lots of photos.
