Hello all, I have the wonder pleasure of joining Katy Leitch’s Mixed Up Magazine this month with a Guest spot over at CSI: Color, Stories, Inspiration. We are cracking case # 254.
Here is my Case File
Here is a video of how this page came together.
So how I solved the case: The kids and I went to visit my friend Laneen in Holland and we got to see some of the sites and make some memories. The colour palette worked perfect for my pictures of Eusebius Tower. The rich tones of light cherry red and ballerina pink pulled the colours out of the photos.
My Evidence: I can add flowers to anything seeing spring was in the air it was perfect. Along with some Ribbon weaved through out the page to add that extra texture. I also used some old vintage tissue paper to add to the layers of the focal point. I highlighted the elements with some cold paint to add to the gold center’s of the flowers.
Testimony: I added a little info on a storage label with the date and a snippet of Eusebius Tower.
Here are some close ups.
So if you eve need any help with inspiration try your hand at CSI, here is how it works.
I am also throwing my hand in at More Than Words this month, its been awhile and I love the frame idea. I also need to scrap all those new memories from our most recent trip over seas.
