Another month and a new fun challenge at Creative Embellishments. The fun twist this month is to use Black and White. And the inspirational photo is perfect inspiration to get those creative juices flowing.

This is my take on the challenge, a card and tag set.

I love the challenge and surprisingly I thought it was going to be easier than it was. I so wanted to throw in a pop of colour, but I held off and made a fun card and tag set.  I started with the background. Making details on the background with the Crackle Brick Stencil and ink, I later highlighted with a aquarellable pencil. I used the Spiders, Creepy Trees and the Birds in the clusters. I used simple sprays to give them the black colour.
