As mother’s day fast approaches, I am drawn to scrap those precious child photos. This photo is one of my neighbor’s little boy and her brother. Such an innocent looking photo and perfectly captured.
I recently had a girls weekend getaway and had a small stash of supplies with me to use, so minimal is sometimes better, this masculine layout was perfect for simple. Subtle background details with stamping and some texture.
Masculine layouts and flowers are such a hard concept sometimes but these neutral tea-stained Dahlias work great with a little oxide inks splattered on them.
A few extra details with some metal embellishments and chippies and the perfect masculine layout captured.
I hope all you mothers, grandmothers, fur momma’s and all have a great day. Thank you for stopping by.
