I wanted to make a frame as a gift. I started with just a frame and it evolved to a vintage looking piece of work.

Here is the video process the evolution of the tag.

So many fine details to the piece.

I used the Vintage Flourish Chipboard along with the Flourish Circle Frame, I tried to make them look aged with heat embossing, crackle glaze and antiquing cream.  I did use the Heart Scribble stencil on the background not knowing at the time how the piece would evolve.

One of my favorite flowers lately are the Rosettes. Perfectly shaped and go great with any project, and with some subtle dry brushing, they blend to help complete that vintage look I was desiring out of the piece.
