Rustic & Beautiful

Rustic & Beautiful

As Fall fastly approaches, I try and capture all of the changing beauty around me. The kids and I stopped at this rustic barn close to the house. It is a spectacular sight. This old truck sits out by the barn and has all these beautiful flowers, antique cans and containers. Picture Perfect.

Texture, burlap and rust all go hand in hand with the changing of the seasons. The weathered look of sun soaked metal add to that country feeling.

I incorporated the rustic feeling by using crackle paste to the background and adding some sprays.

Between the crackle and rust effect I used  fair majority of the embellishments.

 A little gold shine.

I origanly had the title all shiny and pretty but wanted to tone it down so I sporadically added the rust paste to given it an unequal weathered look.

Thank you all for stopping by today, and depending what part of the world you are in, it is the seasons of change so enjoy all the beauty.
