My Family
As always at our house, there is a project of some sort happening pretty much year round. We recently gutted the kitchen and in doing so there was some alterations so to speak in the living room. So with that being said, the room was barren again. This got me thinking I needed to update the family pictures.
I love the deep red on the walls so I don’t want to change that. So I decided I need to paint two walls and leave two walls the red to keep the color palette I already have. I’m going to go with the gray.
The Stationer’s collection matches my living room perfectly with the newly thought up gray added to the mix.
I wanted some texture, but not too much to contrast the walls, so I used a tinge of modeling paste and the Stone Wall III stencil, then I added some color withe some Shimmerz Inklingz over the top.
After applying some papers for the base. The flower arranging begins. I love how these turned out.
Oh how the kids grow so fast. Time keeps on ticking, no matter how much you just want life to slow down. To embrace and enjoy every little precious moment.
Thank you for taking some time out your life to spend it with me and my family.
