“Create Art”
A Short post today to showcase a canvas I worked on over the weekend. I held a small mixed media class at the house. I mixed it up a bit and had everything picked out for each canvas but they all were a different color. I wanted to girls to like what they made, and if they are like me, the color needs to speak to me. They had a variety of colors to choose from. This was my color choice.
This is softer than I am used to, But I really like the look of it. I have been on a bead/micro bead kick lately. I wanted to create a shadow effect with the micro beads. lets just say they kind of do what they want at times.
Here are some peeks from the group of gals. I had a blast doing this and I would be happy to do it again, anytime.

Wendy’s (Wendy #1, there was two of them, both Wendy’s, both last names start with L, and both grandma’s, Got confusing at times with the kids)

My great crafting friend Mary, I’m glad we live close to each other. She has a thing with making animal skin prints.

Wendy (#2) Beautifully created, I loved her creative process and the attention to detail on this. I hope she continues to do more.
I finished mine up later after the class and I used more goodies from the November Kit. I put some cheese cloth underneath the clusters. I also used some of the prima butterfly resins. The flowers were from a the July kit.
Thank you for stopping and taking some time out of your day. I am always grateful.
