The Golden Pumpkin
I just love the kits from Flying Unicorn, the OTP projects rock. I wanted to do something to mine so I could leave it out at Christmas too. I went simple. I also wanted to add a light feature so I drilled holes in the pumpkin so I could.
I started by getting my trusty Dremmel out and Drilled some holes. I had to be careful not to light it up, literally.
I got kind of hot smelling from time to time as I made the holes bigger. He He.
I added a ton of gold with 3@rts, Shimmers, Bloom Sprays, and some texture along the bottom.
Very shiny and bright. I don’t do a lot with gold but this was fun.
Added some subtle flowers and ribbon. I used the Die~namites Large and Small Ivy Leaf dies to the flower cluster.
I hope you all are enjoy the changing weather, Thank you for stopping by.
