Hi all, Me again sharing a mixed media layout I titled “Shine”. This was a photo I took of Olivia at a friends wedding, all done up in her pretty little dress.

I started out with the base, knowing that I wasnted to layer, I choose a few of the new boarders Nicolle. They are so unique and easy to use.
After getting the base down, I started to build up the background with textures using the distress checkered stencil and paste. After letting it dry, I added a few layers of stamping with the Distress Corner Stamp and the burlap stamp. Mixing up the colours to match the paper collection.
After topping that off with the Distress Weave Stencil, one more layer of stamping, A little more stamping with the Cheveron Stamp to pull the cheverons out from Olivia’s dress.
After the background work, I started to add the layers of paper along with the heart ribbon boarder and the Distress Cheveron Boarder. Lots of little spots to put ribbons and die cut elements.
After all is put together with flowers, I tuck in the Shine Flair to finish it off. A few microbeads and dry brushing and I think it’s done.
