Winter Wonderland

Winter Wonderland Layout

As the season gets cold and the holidays come around, there are tons of traditions and festive things that we do with the kids. One of most important things we do is go hunting for the tree. We always try to go when it is snowing and the weather is so festive.  It’s a great time to spend together and hopefully get some good pictures along the way.

This paper collection is gorgeous all by itself, So I wanted to incorporated at much of it as I could.

I only added some very subtle details on the background, simple stamping and a bit of texture using the Fairy Dust Stencil,  and a tiny bit of spray. Not much layering today on here but that was perfect.

I love using the texture sand to add details to my chipboards. It gives the trees a rustic feel to them. I also tucked in some bark stars to add to the rustic feel of the paper and layout.

Such a beatiful and scenic winter layout with lots of great memories treasured.
