Holiday Cards
With the holiday in full swing now, I am finishing up on some cards. Every year at work we donate to a cause, or a family or make a donation to a person, family or organization in need. This year an area police officers gave his life in the line of duty. So the Emergency Department is donating to help the family of the fallen officer.
One of the request was to make a card in the shade of blue for the fallen officer.
I used the picture of father Christmas and Merry Xmas Banner as a focal point from the Riddersholm collection. I made a matching box/card set.
Fro the second card, I used the same Maja Collection and made a folded pocket card.
There are so many tutorials online with so many variations to choose from. I had made some folded cards last year and wanted to try a new on.
I went back to my decretive bag from last year, so I had something to put in the pocket.
Inside the bag, I made a simple gift card holder, for those who just want to donate a gift of money.
