“The Sea”

This is one of my favorite layouts to date. This is a picture I took when Adam and I went to Hawaii a couple years back.

 The May kit from Flying Unicorn had this nautical theme, which was just up my alley.

Lots of techniques on this page and anything in tones of blues and greens are my favorite right now.

I started out using the stencil from the kit. Added a layer of Clear Gesso to help keep the color vibrant and started to play. Lots of spray, stamps and texture.

Enjoy the close-ups. 

I added some layering and some special touches with the shells.
